Hospodaření Základní umělecké školy v Šumperku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of management of the Basic Art School in Šumperk. This analysis concerns the period of five years (2009 – 2013)and evaluation of economic results. Several methods were used for the bachelor thesis including description, analysis, comparison and synthesis. The first chapter deals with description of legal forms concerning music schools. In this chapter it can be also found principles of management, sources of financing and sources of budget process which is formed by a variety of categories concerning costs and profits. Analysis of management in particular years can be seen in the third chapter. The analysis is focused on costs and profits in the main and complementary activity, on money gained by payment for education and by grant. Analysed figures are summarised in tables and then described in the text. The results which the school has achieved are evaluated in the fourth chapter. The information which is used in this bachelor thesis is taken from specialised literature, legislative regulations and internal materials of the school.
