Abstract

This Thesis focused on questions of Employee Education and Development in organization GRIOS Ltd. The aim is to analyze the current state of development and education system of employees in the company and propose measures to improve. The first section of the Thesis is focused on theoretical approaches to Employee Education and Development and it explaines key elements related to the topic. Second section is describe the company GRIOS Ltd. Third part is focused on analyzis of a system of employee education and development in a chosen organization and assess the current state. Based on analysis proposals and recommendations for improvement were formulated.
