Optimalizace nastavení rovnaček pro odstranění vlnitosti zatepla válcovaného plechu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on production of hot-rolled sheet-metal in the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. and its following processing on slitting lines and cut to lenght lines of company ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions, s.r.o. The thesis contains description of production processes in Steckel P1500 rolling mill and production options of the line. The main topics are problemacy of hot-rolled sheet-metal processing technology on cut to length line and slitting line, understanding of levelling principles and their description, description of main units of lines, levellers setting procedures optimization and unification for a purpose of removing geometry defects and levellers operating limits recommendations based on measured data.
