Galvanické pomosazení ocelových kordů v kyanidových lázních

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on problems with production and surface treatment of steel cords, which are parts of the line ISC 44. By this I would like to introduce unique technology including production procedure itself, which is very important for strict requirements of patent needle for the steel cords. This brassing line ISC 44 includes self melting and patenting steel needle. Requirements for brassed steel cord must meet a lot of kriteria. The most important thing is adhesion, which insures requested grip of steel cords to rubber. Static and dynamic testing is important too. Stroke, bend and torion must be tested. This tests are common at test laboratory and we can always repeat them, but we need to meet exact regules in determined technological procedures.
