Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation of the selected company based on a strategic analysis and propose recommendations for its improvement and further development. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, there are the basic terms related to strategic analysis and the method of external and internal analysis described. In the practical part, there are these methods applied on the selected company. Recommendations for improving the company’s situation are based on the results of previous analysis.
