dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je provést zhodnocení aktuální situace vybrané společnosti prostřednictvím strategické analýzy a na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout doporučení pro její zlepšení a další rozvoj. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy vztahující se ke strategické analýze a metody externí a interní analýzy. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Získané výsledky jsou následně využity k navržení doporučení pro zlepšení situace podniku.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation of the selected company based on a strategic analysis and propose recommendations for its improvement and further development. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, there are the basic terms related to strategic analysis and the method of external and internal analysis described. In the practical part, there are these methods applied on the selected company. Recommendations for improving the company’s situation are based on the results of previous analysis.en
