Měření a hodnocení efektivnosti práce zaměstnanců Medicomu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na efektivitu práce farmaceutického reprezentanta ve firmě Medicom. V první části této práce je popis současného stavu pracovní pozice farmaceutického reprezentanta v jeho konkrétním regionu. Z pohledu efektivity práce, je tento stav hodnocen porovnáním finančního přínosu a nákladů na jednotlivé obchodní návštěvy. Toto porovnání je provedeno v konkrétním regionu, o který se sama starám v rámci firmy Medicom. Pro objektivnější analýzu je v této práci zhodnocen i region kolegyně. Tyto dvě analýzy jsou porovnány. Na závěr jsou v této práci zhodnoceny další možnosti, které by mohly přispět k lepší efektivitě práce.

This thesis focuses on the work efficiency of pharmaceutical representatives in the company Medicom. In the first part of this thesis is to describe the current state of job pharmaceutical representative in its specific region. In terms of work efficiency, the condition is evaluated by comparing the financial benefits and costs of individual business meeting. This comparison is, done in a particular region, on which she is looking after the company Medicom. For a more objective analysis in this work is reviewed the region by colleagues. These two analysis are compared. At the end, this study evaluated other options that could contribute to better work efficiency.
