Vibroakustické měření ložiska při různém stupni opotřebení

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of vibroacoustic measurement of a bearing on a car and the subsequent evaluation of the measured data. In the introduction, various types of bearing damage and possible types of diagnostic tools for bearing diagnostics are mentioned. Based on the appropriate use, the use of vibrodiagnostics is proposed. Furthermore, the preparation of maneuvers, the car, software and measuring equipment is described. At the end of the thesis, the measured data are evaluated. The result of postprocessing is the determination of failure frequencies of bearings with various types of damage.
