Moderné prístupy a metódy riadení v školstve

Abstract

This work deals with modern management approaches and methods in education. The goal was to evaluate the management in relation to the leadership grid and to assess the soundness of using modern methods and techniques for selected primary schools. The work doesn´t appoint specific modern methods and techniques, but rather sets out the principles and principles for their proper functioning in schools, highlighting their differences with the manufacturing companies. Work has been written with using so much literature on management, governance and leadership, as was possible. So that we can better look at the accuracy of the process of motivation, cooperation, communication and feedback, it was prepared first part of questionnaire. To define the level of management, we have created leadership grid with second part of questionnaire. Analysis of the questionnaires was quite satisfactory results in the field of management in the school and there were no major shortcomings. However they were offered some recommendations for improving.
