Abstract
The aim of this work is a theoretical analysis of quality management systems and industrial standards. Main focus is on drawing a comparison between ISO /TS 16949 and IATF 16949. The text also includes theoretical analysis of risk management, implementation strategy and its schedule. Part of this thesis is also a organization risk management proposal and its verification.
