dc.description.abstractPředmětem této práce je teoretický rozbor problematiky managementu kvality a odvětvových standardů. Práce se zaměřuje na porovnání požadavků norem ISO/TS 16 949 a IATF 16949. V textu se také řeší teoretický rozbor managementu rizik, stanovení postupu implementace změn a časový harmonogram ve společnosti. Součástí práce je také návrh postupu pro management rizik organizace a jeho následné ověření.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is a theoretical analysis of quality management systems and industrial standards. Main focus is on drawing a comparison between ISO /TS 16949 and IATF 16949. The text also includes theoretical analysis of risk management, implementation strategy and its schedule. Part of this thesis is also a organization risk management proposal and its verification.en
