Abstract
The aim of this dissertation is to introduce a mathematical model of injection nodes, their design, implementation of performance aspects of these Flexible system technological features, as well as their operational verification and evaluation of the results.
First of all, the work will be focused on the implementation of design calculations of overall heat cycle of Flexible system with the aim of mapping the input parameters of all media that were involved in the Flexible system technology, then develop a complete description and specification of all peripheral parameters that affect the function of the technology followed by a definition input parameters for injection nozzles.
Subsequently it will be created a theoretical description relating to the issue of fluid elements formation and parameters of the injection nozzle, which affects their size and then the description of the process of heat and mass transfer with specification of various phases which mentioned liquid elements through it. It is talked about heating to the saturation temperature and evaporation. The above-described principles will be applied in the analytical mathematical model with the aim of estimating the length of the evaporation pipe, which should be generated a vaporization of the fluid elements.
Then it could be described the verification process of an analytical model through numerical model of Prof. Ing. Jícha CSc. that has already been taken realistic parameters of nodes.
Furthermore, the work will be focused on the implementation phase. It will be created the description of the physical implementation Flexible system technology including injection nodes.
Then there will be drawn crucial and decisive phase of the project. It is talked about an operation phase of the technology, in which were verified all of the theoretical assumptions made in the context of theoretical preparation of the project and a description of any negative experiences that were based on real operation as identified which was to be expected.
At the end of this work it will be made a summary of operation experiences and their improvements with respect to the overall concept of technology of Flexible system.
