Abstract
Master thesis is dealing with transformation of stators’ diagnostics workplace into robotized workplace in the plant of the company o. z. Elektromotory Frenstat, Siemens s. r. o. In the first chapter the diagnosis process is analysed. An issue and the methods for searching the stators’ geometric axis were discussed. Solution using laser proximity sensor was chosen. This method was simulated, and tested afterwards in real conditions with an industrial Kuka robot and bought sensor. The results are affirmative - the tested system is fast and accurate enough. An example task was programmed in in KRL language of Kuka company. The last chapter of the thesis is dealing with design of robotic cell and its safety. The important standards were applied during the design and risk assessment of the designed workplace is included in the documentation.
