Optimalizace předního nakladače pro malotraktory Iseki

Abstract

The master thesis focuses on the optimization of a front loader on the Iseki small tractor. The introduction explains the reason for optimizing the front loader and the modern customers requirements for this accessory. The available front loaders on the market are then compared, and their evaluaition is provided from a professional and practical perspective. Based on the assessment of curren loaders, possible desing solutions to the issue are proposed. A detailed description of the chosen desing variant follows. Finite element analysis and other calculations are conducted on certain structural elements to determine the suitability of the desing. The conclusion of the work focuses on summarizing the technical features of the loader itself and the dynamic nature of the equipment.
