Návrh technologického postupu montáže zplynovacího kotle na tuhá paliva

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with assembly technology and the design of the technological procedure for the assembly of the Blaze Green boiler from the Blaze Harmony company. In the introduction, the work is focused on the theoretical part regarding boilers, their breakdown, the basics of assembly, assembly methods, their influencing factors, and even the layout of workplaces. The next part of the work contains a description of the technological process of assembly of the boiler itself and a proposal for a new technological process of assembly, in which the main goal is to reduce the total time needed to perform a given assembly. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, an evaluation of the proposed technological assembly procedure is carried out.
