Informační a právní gramotnost studentů v kontextu umělé inteligence

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá informační a právní gramotností studentů v kontextu umělé inteligence. Cílem práce je vymezit využívání umělé inteligence na základních a středních školách a zhodnotit informační a právní gramotnost studentů v dané oblasti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní charakteristiky vztahující se k umělé inteligenci. Obsahem je definice termínu umělá inteligence, určení běžného rámce jejího využívání, stručný historický vývoj a analýza vybraných právních aspektů. Zvýšená pozornost je věnována generativní umělé inteligenci, která tvoří specifickou oblast dané technologie. Součástí teoretické části je rovněž vymezení informační a právní gramotnosti, které tvoří základní rámec pro následnou analýzu. V praktické části je na základě dotazníkového šetření analyzována informační a právní gramotnost studentů v oblasti umělé inteligence. Následně je zkoumáno využívání umělé inteligence ve školství z pohledu pedagogů vybraných stupňů škol. Zjištěné poznatky jsou dále doplněny o pohled odborníka na danou technologii. Na základě získaných informací jsou provedena dílčí zhodnocení a navržena doporučení vztahující se ke konkrétní zkoumané oblasti.

The thesis deals with information and legal literacy of students in the context of artificial intelligence. The aim of the thesis is to define the use of artificial intelligence in primary and secondary schools and to evaluate the information and legal literacy of students in this area. The theoretical part defines the basic characteristics related to artificial intelligence. The contents include a definition of the term artificial intelligence, identification of the common framework of its use, a brief historical development and an analysis of selected legal aspects. Increased attention is paid to generative artificial intelligence, which is a specific area of the technology. The theoretical part also includes a definition of information and legal literacy, which forms the basic framework for the subsequent analysis. In the practical part, the information and legal literacy of students in the field of artificial intelligence is analysed on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Subsequently, the use of artificial intelligence in education is examined from the perspective of educators at selected school levels. The findings are further complemented by the perspective of an expert on the technology. On the basis of the information obtained, partial evaluations are made and recommendations related to the specific area under study are proposed.
