Abstract
Master thesis deals with optimalization and function chosen part for 3D printing technology. This part work in vacuum. Introduction describes choosing ideal part and its working conditions. Form of selected part was optimized for 3D printing technology. Size of the plastic part is adapted for the parts inside pump. Based on this information was chosen suitable 3D printing methods and together with materials. According to created drawings, parts are checked, and results are compared with original part. Results of master thesis presenting the best of variant parts from 3D printing which can be exchange with original part and it can work in vacuum. Details from measurement and all drawings can be seen in the attachments.
