Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis describes the design of shaving for transfer line. The introduction states the general business needs of CIE Automotive Group. Further there are mentioned the basic guidelines for design of tools for cutting and using different methods of production technology. Based on the findings and needs, the tool for shaving is being designed and checked to be used in the Arisa press for production of Tankdeckel parts for Volkswagen and to serve as a reservoir for oil. The designed tool is documented in the Annex of the Bachelor Thesis.
