Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of employee satisfaction in a manufacturing company. In this bachelor thesis is analyzed the company KROK CZ, v. o. s. based in Hranice. The aim of the work is to evaluate the satisfaction of employees in a selected department in this company. The partial aim is to propose recommendations that can improve the current situation in the company. The methods used in the bachelor's thesis are the customer's window, observation, difference analysis, dialog and survey. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical-methodological and practical. In the theoretical-methodological part are defined the basic concepts related to employee satisfaction and are described the various methods used for satisfaction analysis. In the practical part, individual methods are used.
