dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci uspořádání expedičního skladu ve společnosti CEBES a.s. Teoretická část uvádí základní způsoby skladování, informace o manipulaci s materiálem a teorii o organizaci a identifikaci skladového hospodářství. Praktická část zahrnuje nejprve charakteristiku firmy CEBES a.s. a následně analýzu systému skladování. V závěru práce je rozepsán návrh řešení jednotlivých nedostatků a jejich aplikace ve firmě a spojená rizika.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis focuses on optimizing the layout of the dispatch warehouse at CEBES company. The theoretical part introduces basic storage methods, information on material handling, and the theory of warehouse organization and identification. The practical part begins with a characterization of the company CEBES a.s., followed by an analysis of the storage system. In conclusion, the thesis elaborates on a proposal for addressing specific deficiencies and their implementation within the company, along with associated risks.en
