Abstract
In my thesis I focused on the research population of Valasske Mezirící satisfaction with indoor pool in the city. Data were collected through personal interviews and written on the questionnaire. This collected data was analyzed and subsequently was designed individual recommendations village, which should lead to increased levels of satisfaction inhabitants.
