Zpracování technologickéh postupu pro svařování části hydraulického tlumiče

Abstract

The aim of this master´s thesis was to summarize the proposal of manufacturing process of selected weldment lever, which is part of hydraulic shock absorber. At first is described, how is the hydraulic shock absorber made. In particular, the theoretical part deals with weldability of low-alloy steels, which are used in manufacturing process. In practical part of this thesis is design of preparation for completation lever of hydraulic shock absorber. The practical part is focused on testing of designed welding technology, it includes destructive and non-destructive tests. At the end of thesis is offer to improve welding technology.
