Abstract

The theme of this thesis is analyzing and elimination of welding defects in homogenous and heterogenous weld joints at vacuum chambers manufacturing. By analyzing existing technological processes, their assessment and design of remedial measures.

The theoretical part provides information from the field of the weldability of materials, welding technologies TIG and MIG, selection of additional materials and protective gasses used in welding of homogeneous and heterogeneous materials weld joints.

The practical part includes the analysis of technologies currently used in the welding and the subsequent analysis of their results and defects. There are also recommendations and a draft of a new technological process.
