Možnosti využití systému JUST CULTURE v záchranářství

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Just Culture and its application in the rescue units of the Integrated Rescue System in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into 6 parts. In the introduction, the Just Culture system is defined, its history and its relation to safety culture. The second part presents the application areas using the Just Culture system in practice. In order to implement it, it is necessary to pay attention to its principles and algorithm, which are described in the third part of the thesis. The fourth part names potential users within the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic in the future. This is followed by a section that is dedicated exclusively to the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic as a potential user. In the last part of the thesis specific examples of possible use of the Just Culture system are given and finally recommendations for practice are summarized.
