Možnosti využití systému JUST CULTURE v záchranářství

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Just Culture a jeho aplikací u záchranných složek Integrovaného záchranného systému v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do 6 částí. V úvodu je definován systém Just Culture, jeho historie a návaznost na kulturu bezpečnosti. Druhá část uvádí aplikační oblasti využívající tento systém v praxi. Aby mohl být zaveden, je potřeba věnovat pozornost jeho principům a algoritmu, které jsou popsány ve třetí části práce. Ve čtvrté části jsou jmenování potenciální uživatelé v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky do budoucna. Následně navazuje část, která je věnovaná výhradně Hasičskému záchrannému sboru České republiky jako potenciálnímu uživateli. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady možného užívání systému Just Culture a závěrem jsou shrnuta doporučení pro praxi.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Just Culture and its application in the rescue units of the Integrated Rescue System in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into 6 parts. In the introduction, the Just Culture system is defined, its history and its relation to safety culture. The second part presents the application areas using the Just Culture system in practice. In order to implement it, it is necessary to pay attention to its principles and algorithm, which are described in the third part of the thesis. The fourth part names potential users within the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic in the future. This is followed by a section that is dedicated exclusively to the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic as a potential user. In the last part of the thesis specific examples of possible use of the Just Culture system are given and finally recommendations for practice are summarized.
