The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of legal awareness of the population of the Czech
Republic in the field of necessary defence and extreme emergency. The theoretical part
specifies what is necessary defence, extreme emergency, the main differences between these
concepts, their common features and much more. The practical part deals with the
questionnaire survey of necessary defence and extreme emergency. It also discusses the
results and possible suggestions for improvement of this issue.
