Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku právního vědomí obyvatelstva České republiky v oblasti nutné obrany a krajní nouze. Teoretická část nám specifikuje, co je nutná obrana, krajní nouze, hlavní rozdíly mezi těmito pojmy, jejich společné znaky a mnoho jiného. Praktická část se věnuje dotazníkovému šetření nutné obrany a krajní nouze. Dále se věnuje výsledkům a případným návrhům na zlepšení této problematiky

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of legal awareness of the population of the Czech Republic in the field of necessary defence and extreme emergency. The theoretical part specifies what is necessary defence, extreme emergency, the main differences between these concepts, their common features and much more. The practical part deals with the questionnaire survey of necessary defence and extreme emergency. It also discusses the results and possible suggestions for improvement of this issue.
