Abstract

SUMMARY My thesis is focused on problems of job satisfaction of employees. The point of the work is an analysis of job satisfaction. The main objective of this work is to find job satisfaction of employees of the Labour Office in Ostrava through a questionnaire on the basis of which possible arrangements and recommendations will be proposed. My thesis is divided into a theoretical and an analytical part. In the theoretical part, there are determined fundamental terms as motivation, theory of motivation, job, job satisfaction, measuring of job satisfaction. Further I introduced the Labour Office in Ostrava and its current organization structure. In the analytical part I tried to find out job satisfaction of employees of the Labour Office in Ostrava through a questionnaire and to propose a solution which would increase job satisfaction of these employees. At the conclusion the findings and proposals are evaluated.
