Problematika měření odchylek po obrábění na CMM

Abstract

The master thesis is based on the measurement of selected types of deviations such as flatness, parallelism, perpendicular and alignment, after working the part on the CNC machining centre using by turning-milling with C, Y and Z axis. At the beginning of the thesis an analysis of the current state is made by a brief analysis of the standard ČSN EN ISO 1101 together with basic methods and possibilities of measurement of deviations, which I will deal with. The next section is dedicated to devices used to measure deviations with a focus on the Prismo 7 used by Carl Zeiss AG. Within the experimental part the measurements are made and evaluated, compared and base on suitable aspects. The conclusion is the technical-economic evaluation and evaluation of the influence of the machining method on selected deviations.
