Návary s karbidy wolframu a jejich využití

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou návarů karbidů wolframu a jejich následnému využití. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, charakteristika karbidů a wolframkarbidů, jak z hlediska fyzikálních a chemických vlastností, tak i z hlediska historie a využití návarů s wolframkrabidy v praxi. Dále jsou definovány použité metody navařování a současný stav možností navařování. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny parametry a vybrána metoda navařování s charakteristikou základního a přídavného materiálu. Závěr je zaměřen na samotnou přípravu a nafocení snímků struktury vzorků, měření tvrdosti a shrnutím výsledných poznatků.

The bachelor thesis deals with tungsten carbides hardfacing and their subsequent use. In the theoretical part explains basic concepts, characteristics of carbides and tungsten carbides from field of study physical and chemical properties to history and use weld with tungsten carbides in practice. The following defines the methods used and the welding current status options surfacing. In the practical part of the thesis are listed parameters and selected welding method with the characteristics of base and filler material. Conclusion is dedicated to preparing and photographing images of structure of samples, hardness measurements and a summary of the resulting knowledges.
