Dětské šlapací auto

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dětského šlapacího auta. V první části je popsán vývoj šlapacích aut a přehled jejich druhů na dnešním trhu. Následuje konstrukční návrh šlapacího auta, jeho popis a určení základních rozměrů. Návrh je doplněn o souhrn a rozbor nakupovaných dílů. Dále je na základě měření a vstupních hodnot provedena pevnostní kontrola hlavních částí šlapacího auta. Závěr práce obsahuje stručný popis výsledných vlastností šlapacího auta, atraktivních pro zákazníka, a celkové shrnutí výsledků práce. Přílohami jsou výpočet a specifikace primárního a sekundárního řetězového převodu, parametry ložiskových jednotek, sestavný výkres šlapacího auta a výkres podsestavy pohonu.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the design of a children´s pedal car. The first part describes the development of pedal cars and the overview of their types on today's market. This is followed by the construction drawing of the pedal car, its description and the determination of basic dimensions. The proposal is complemented by summary and desription of purchased parts. Furthermore, my thesis focused on the strength of the main parts of the pedal car, based on the measurements and input values. The conclusion of the thesis contains a brief description of the propertie of the pedal car, attractive to a customer, and a summary of results of the work.The appendicies include the calculation and specification of the primary and secondary chain gear, the parameters of bearing units the drawings of the assembly of the children´s pedal car and the subassembly of the drive.
