Racionalizace parkování nákladních vozidel ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the rationalization of logistics for the entry and parking of trucks in a selected manufacturing company. The objective was to design a comprehensive set of rationalization measures aimed at increasing the capacity of the controlled truck parking lot and enhancing the efficiency of subsequent intralogistics processes. Particular emphasis was placed on improving throughput and operational safety within the company premises. The methodology employed included traffic process snapshotting and detailed analysis of capacity and time indicators. The benefits of the proposed rationalization measures were evaluated based on a comparison of the state before and after their implementation. The implemented measures encompassed the automation of raw material intake control at the parking lot, changes in the use of the calling information board, enhancement of parking lot safety levels, and acceleration of selected technological processes related to intralogistics.
