Návrh nové technologie strojního opracování tvářecích nástrojů na frézovacím centru MCV 1270 Speed ve společnosti VÚHŽ a. s.

Abstract

The aim of my thesis was the design and debugging of new technology for machining newly purchased milling center MCV 1270 Speed formers in society VÚHŽ, a.s. At the beginning of my thesis, I introduced the company VÚHŽ, a.s. its scope and focus of production and supply of engineering products. In the next chapter I described the current machining of molds and dies of quality 1.2343. In the second part of my thesis I dealt with the draft new processing technology, design and implementation of a new machining center, the introduction of new technology and workholding as completion of my work was a real test of press tool manufacture with the introduction of new technologies described in previous chapters. Finally was made a techno-economic evaluation of the project.
