Zavedení PULL systému řízení materiálového toku ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the change of the method of production control and suply control in the production company. The method chosen is the Kanban method. The theoretical part introduces the theory of production, production processes and supply. In the practical part is a brief analysis of the company and production planning. The next point is the selection of all parts whose production will be controlled by the Kanban method. For the specified parts, the stock size of the supermarket was calculated, design of the production process control was created, including the design of the kanban card and kanban board. Finally, the results of the work are evaluated.
