Sledování opotřebení inteligentních řezných nástrojů

Abstract

The monitoring wears of intelligent cutting tools is the chief reason of my thesis. The material of cutting tools is ceramic on the basis of silicon nitride coated with a resistive layer. First of all is processed theoretical analysis of system SNOP with used parts. Next chapter parses problems of wears of cutting tool and measurement of it. In the following chapter will be described cutting cerramic with a view to nitrid ceremic. Main body of my work processes measured results and graphically interpret wears dependence on time. Results taken from experiment are summarised in the end of my work.
