Abstract

Master thesis describes a production technology proposal of flange and valve. The introduction is focused on the development machining from the point of view of used machines. Another chapter shows the use and function the valve with flange. An individual chapter is devoted to clamp work piece and design a new preparation for holding the valve. The main part is focused on the design technology a flanges and valves. It is suggested more options for production with a conventional machines, and then for the CNC machine. I demonstrate also the use of computer software for simulate the machining. The conclusion is shown technical and economics evaluation and also comparison method of production from the point of view of technological and economics.
