Drtič ovoce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkonstruováním dvou návrhů drtičů na ovoce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, kde teoretická část tvoří popisy jednotlivých druhů drtičů ovoce dostupných na trhu doprovázených obrázkovou dokumentací. Dále praktická část je zaměřena na samotnou konstrukci dvou variant drtičů. Kdy první varianta je zkonstruována na způsob drcení pomocí nožů a druhá varianta na způsob struhadlového bubnu. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé konstrukční části doplněné obrázky a jejich výpočty. V závěru práce jsou přiloženy výkresy.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the constructing two designs of fruit crushers. The thesis is divided into two main parts; the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part is comprised of descriptions of different types of fruit crushers available on the market including pictorial documentation. The practical part focuses on the construction of two variants of crushers. The first one is constructed using the method of crushing blades and the second one using the method of drum grater. There are described the individual components accompanied by pictures and calculations. Drawings are included at the end of the thesis.
