Analýza společnosti OKD z pohledu personální politiky

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to analyze personnel activity and progress of labour in OKD, a.s. After the introductory section, the characteristic of company follows. This work is divided into two parts – a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part covers the requirements of human resources for personal activities, particularly recruitment and selection of employees, compensation and fringe benefits. The practical part analyses individual personal activities, which are actually carried out within the company. The final section is focused on suggestions how to improve the level of personnel work. The bachelor thesis is supplemented by charts, graphs and appendixes to be more comprehensible.
