Využití kombinovaných diagnostických metod při údržbě šroubových kompresorů

David Šeděnka, Ph.D. This diploma thesis deals with the use of vibrodiagnostic methods for monitoring and evalua- ting the technical condition of screw compressors with a frequency converter. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes measurement procedures and vibration limit values according to specific standards ISO 10816-3 and VDI 3836. The practical part is focused on an in-depth analysis of a com- pressor fleet, especially on the CompAir L250RS-10A unit, where a critical increase in vibrations caused by deteriorating technical condition was identified. The thesis documents the successful remediation of the technical condition and subsequent verification of corrective measures.
