Plánování kapacit lidských zdrojů v závodě surové výroby v závislosti na stavu zakázek

Abstract

My bachelor thesis deals with issues associated with the planning of human resources capacity in the raw production plant of WANZL company. The aim of this work is to suggest a suitable solution that would be beneficial for the head of the production and the respective managers when planning and implementing orders into production, as well as for the foremen to secure more efficient and rational management and allocation of production workers in case of an increase in orders. The first part describes the present state of production in the company and is completed with a brief theory of the provided facts. The second part describes the method of Value Stream Mapping conducted for the selected product. In conclusion, the results of the executed method are evaluated and simple solutions are suggested to improve the current situation in the production.
