Vliv zavedení leteckého předpisu Part ORA na fungování leteckých výcvikových organizací

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of PART ORA aviation regulation implementation on the aviation training organizations´ operation. The first part summarizes wording of JAR FCL as well as Part-FCL and their amendments in the form of EC regulations 1178/2011 a 290/2012. Comparison of both regulations follows as to the subsequent differences and their analysis. The third part deals with a time schedule, where and when certificates of competency come into force and what is to be done for a qualification and competence to be transitioned from an old version to a new one. The final fourth part deals with procedures and procedure descriptions that are appropriate for old organizations to properly transition into the new ATO organization.
