Abstract
This bachelor thesis describes and evaluates the impacts of purchase centralization of Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. The theoretical part describes the basic functions of purchase and the different stages of the purchase process, current marketing strategies and inventory management organization. At the beginning of the practical part is a description of the purchasing process of Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. Within the next section, there is a comparison of shopping activities in the purchase department and supplying of the company in accordance with the approved concept before the centralization and after it. Then follows a review of centralization and comparison of the set objectives and reality.
