Dopady centralizace nákupu společnosti Dalkia Česká republika, a.s.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje a vyhodnocuje dopady centralizace nákupu ve společnosti Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní funkce nákupu a jednotlivé fáze nákupního procesu, současná marketingová strategie a organizace řízení zásob. V úvodu praktické části je popis nákupního procesu společnosti Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. V další části je srovnání nákupních činností v útvaru nákupu a zásobování společnosti dle schválené koncepce před centralizací a po ní. Následuje zhodnocení dopadů centralizace a srovnání vytýčených cílů se skutečností.

This bachelor thesis describes and evaluates the impacts of purchase centralization of Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. The theoretical part describes the basic functions of purchase and the different stages of the purchase process, current marketing strategies and inventory management organization. At the beginning of the practical part is a description of the purchasing process of Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. Within the next section, there is a comparison of shopping activities in the purchase department and supplying of the company in accordance with the approved concept before the centralization and after it. Then follows a review of centralization and comparison of the set objectives and reality.
