Plánovaní výroby ve firmě John Crane sigma

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plánování výroby ve firmě John Crane Sigma. V úvodu je velká část věnována popsáním průběhu zakázky výrobním procesem od přijetí objednávky od zákazníka po expedici hotového výrobku a úkoly jednotlivých oddělení v tomto procesu. V další části práce je popsán způsob normování komponentů ve firmě a na konkrétním příkladě jsou porovnány časy na výrobu dílce spočítané metodou používanou ve firmě s metodou použitou z odborné literatury. Tyto časy jsou dále vyhodnoceny a je navrženo řešení s důrazem na objektivizaci norem a její pozitivní vliv na plánování výrobních kapacit.

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the issues of production planning in company John Crane Sigma. The introduction is focused on describing the procedure of handling an order through the production process: starting from accepting the order from the customer up to the despatch of the finished product and the tasks of individual departments in this process. The next part of the thesis describes the way of standardizing components in the company and, using a specific example, compares the time needed for producing the part counted with the method used in the company with a method from technical literature. These times are then evaluated and a solution is proposed which stresses the objectivization of regulations and its positive influence on planning production volumes.
