Analýza nákladů personálního řízení ve zvolené společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is based on an analysis of personnel management costs in the chosen company. In the first part there are theoretically defined personnel activities including human resources planning, recruitment, selection and dismissal of employees. Fluctuation is defined as well as personnel management costs. The aim of the practical part is to analyse the current state of the process of recruiting and selecting employees in company XY and the costs associated with this process. The analysis is based on internal documents and information provided by the company and author's investigation. In conclusion, the current state of the recruitment process is evaluated and other options are compared. Then were evolved some recommendations for improvement of current situation.
