Abstract
The Master thesis is focused on the solution of the rolling force measurement system. The main part of the solution is the design of a rolling force transducer with a elastic element. The transducer is designed in accordance with the principles of the strain gauge measurement method. There is a designed measuring circuit with foil resistance strain gauges, which are arranged into Wheatstone bridge due to the required accuracy and reliability of the measurement The measuring system is complemented by a digital amplifier and an evaluation unit. There is an enumeration of available measuring systems of rolling force in theoretical part of thesis. Practical part of thesis is dedicated to the transducer design focused on the elastic element. This element is strength-rated for the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state. Dimension design of elastic element is based on analytic methods. Subsequently the analysis Finite Element Method is executed. Technical documentation is part of Annex A.
