Pojízdný kladkostroj

Abstract

V diplomové práci se zabývám konstrukčním návrhem pojízdného kladkostroje, který souží k pohybu břemene o hmotnosti 1000 [kg] po výrobní hale. Kladkostroj se pohybuje po nosníku profilu I rychlostí 5 [m.min-1]. Pojezd kladkostroje se skládá z elektromotoru, šnekové předovky a hřídele s čelním ozubením, která pohání dvě kola. Ke zdvihu o rychlosti 8 [m.min-1] slouží elektromotor s čelní ozubenou převodovkou. Je použito ocelové lano a jednoduchá kladka. Diplomová práce obsahuje výpočty zdvihu a pojezdu kladkostroje, které odpovídají aktuálním technickým normám.

The thesis deals with the structural design of Portable Pulley Block, which afflicts to move loads of up to 1000 [kg], after the production hall. The hoist moves along the I beam at 5 [m.min-1]. Portable Pulley Block consists of electric motor, worm gear and muzzle with spur gearing, which drives two wheels. At the stroke speed of 8 [m.min-1] used an electric motor with spur gear transmission. It is used in steel rope and hook block. The thesis contains calculations of lift and travel hoists that meet current technical standards.
