Rekonstrukce kotle K9 za účelem dodržení nových emisních limitů

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on reducing NOx on the particural Boiler K9 with its steam capacity 200 t/hour in the area of ArcelorMittal Ostrava. In the theoretical part are described main problems of NOx, which are created during the combustion process. Subsequently, this diploma thesis describes the current and future emission limits in 2021. The next part of the thesis are described individual way of reducing NOx, that consist of primary and secondary measures and their subsequent possibility of the installation methods. In pracitacal part is described particural boiler K9, its main part the other technical equipment. There are also calculated individual losses and its final officiency, which is 90,8%. There is a description in more details of a primary measure, especially the installation of new LOW-NOx burners and their location. The NOx abatement is up to 320-340mg/m3. In order to accomplish the NOx reduction, the boiler K9 is also equipped with the SNCR technology, where 25% ammonia water is injected in ratio with demi water and compressed air. A new nozzle tip has been designed in order to cover the whole volume of combustion chamber. It has been also designed the deflection of the evaporation tubes due to possibility of insertion the nozzle into the combustion chamber. The theoretical comsumption of the reagent was also calculated, which is 124l/hour and the total SNCR impact on the boiler K9 efficiency abatement was 0,78%. The last part describes the pros and cons of SNCR technology.
