Abstract

This bachelor thesis handles topic of recruiting and selection of employees in the organization of Faculty Hospital in Olomouc. The goal of the thesis is to compare manners and methods of employees selection in the organisation, based on theoretical knowledge, and to identify possible mistakes. Gathered information represent an starting point for final recommendations and suggestions, which would help to improve the whole process. The theoretical part handles theoretical informations, methods and manners of employees recruiting and selection process. The practical part consists of several parts. The first part contains basic characteristics of the choosen organization - Faculty Hospital in Olomouc. The second part handles comparing theoretical knowledge with gathered information. Foundations for this were interview with the personalist and some other employees as well. These facts helped to create a real image of the manner of recruiting and selection of employees in organization of Faculty Hospital in Olomouc. The final part contains recommendations, which could improve this process.
