Abstract

The theme of barchelor thesis is: „Evaluation of Employee Selection and Adaptation Systems in a Selected organization“. Evaluation of these systems took place in the company Hella Autotechnik NOVA, s.r.o. Analysis were based on interviews with recruiters, questionnaires and interviews with employees. The information provided was useful for assessing the status quo and are the basis for proposals and recommendations that will be beneficial for improving the processes within the organization. The aim of the work is based on information provided to analyze the current system of selection and adaptation of employees in the company Hella Autotechnik NOVA, s.r.o. and find out how they differ from the information to the work of HR practice and if the company pays equal attention to both THP and the workers in the selection and adaptation process.
